Project Description

On Lake Steilacoom, this project was a full home remodel taking over a year to finish. Moving to a contemporary design of black and white cabinets, the homeowners selected Pental Super White, Sparkling Black and Livorno Quartz slabs for the Kitchen complementing the cabinet colors. Piatra Grey, Black Satin, and Silestone Nero Marquina Quartz were used for the fireplace surround, master bath and powder rooms. The project was stunning!!

New quartz countertops make this kitchen look bright and inviting!

Project Description

This beautiful home nestled in the woods near Lake Tapps was built in 1983. The homeowners are working to update key rooms. Using their existing oak cabinets, the homeowners updated the kitchen by painting, adding new lighting, new appliances, a unique industrial faucet, and new countertops.

They selected quartz for their countertops due to its durability and easy maintenance. They chose a color/pattern that complemented their cabinets but also added some dark gray and black accent tones. This allowed them to add additional color to the room. All tops in the room were replaced with Viatera Intermezzo quartz.

Complete home rebuild with gorgeous sound views and countertops!

Project Description

Homeowners worked with Austin-Cina architects to design and rebuild their property from the foundation up in Tacoma overlooking Fox Island. This custom home features a central open concept space with 180˚ sound views. Custom cabinetry and wood floors are prevalent throughout.

They selected Alaska White granite slabs for the kitchen, two island, office and vanities. Care was taken to optimize grain direction and flow. Absolute Black granite was used on the fireplace and foundation for glass art in the entry.

Project Description

Homeowners designed and built their custom dream home in Tacoma. This exclusive home on a large property was designed to thoroughly enjoy the outside from inside – unique panel construction, multi-story architectural windows, open-air spaces, mahogany, and granite.

They selected Sienna Bordeaux granite from Pental for the kitchen, baths, recreation room, home office, dressing and laundry room. There is a beautiful floating hearth at the fireplace.
