The Process

How to Get a New Countertop for Your Home

  • Step One: Plan and get a quote

Visit our Showroom or E-mail the worksheet to us ([email protected]). When visiting our showroom, bring your blueprint and sample of your cabinet door, flooring, tiles or wall colors. You can be sure that our team will help you choose the best countertop based on your needs and provide you with a project quote. We can assist you with an in-home consultation if needed.

  • Step Two: Template

Once the quote has been approved and 60% deposit made, we will contact you to schedule a visit by a trained member of our team to make a template and answer any concerns or questions you may have.

In most cases, existing countertops do not need to be removed for templating (exceptions: layouts with countertops extending into garden windows or pass through to another room). Backsplashes need to be removed to allow us to get exact dimensions of your project. We do provide countertop removal and disposal for a fee. A 60” temporary countertop with a sink is also available upon request.

    Before template, cabinets must be:

    • Permanently Install, Plumb, and Level
    • All Sinks, Faucets, and Appliances Must Be on Site
    • A Decision Maker Must Be Available to Confirm and Sign Off on All Countertop Details
  • Step Three: Fabrication

Fabrication is done with state-of-the-art saws, CNC machines and edge polishing machines. The final quality step is to place the templates on the completed surfaces to double check dimensions, layout and edge polish before installation.

  • Step Four: Installation

Our goal is to make the installation experience as smooth as possible. Help us achieve our objective by preparing your home by clearing all access and entryways and appliances out of the way. We also suggest that you turn off your heating or air system to minimize the spread of the little dust that may be created. At completion of the installation we will collect the final payment by charging the balance to your credit card.
